TU-2: +/- 3 cents
Korg Pitchblack: +/- 1 cent
Peterson Strobostomp: +/- .1 cent
Sonic Research Turbo Tuner: +/- .02 cent

Can I get some ears with true bypass?
And they gotta be bass friendly.
9volt adapter? Why not up to like, 24 volts? MAX HEADROOM.
Yeah, but who likes the guy that tunes in the middle of a set, out loud? NO ONE.

Just Noticeable Difference in Pitch
The just noticeable difference in pitch must be expressed as a ratio or musical interval since the human ear tends to respond equally to equal ratios of frequencies. It is convenient to express the just noticeable difference in cents since that notation was developed to express musical intervals. Although research reveals variations, a reasonable estimate of the JND is about five cents. One of the advantages of the cents notation is that it expresses the same musical interval, regardless of the frequency range.
You can hear about a nickel's worth of difference
just sayin'..

What about when you're intonating?
Perfect intonation: priceless
I didn't mean to start shit. I just have a beef with Boss. Same thing with stuff like Warwick basses. They work great, lots of people love them, but just not for me, and I don't hate on people that love them.

Okay, so taking your argument one step further: One string tunes to -3cents, the next string tunes +3 cents. Now they are 6 cents different, and you can hear that shit.

Two recent incarnations of my board, but a lot of things have gone since then and I have a few pedals on the way!
