Yup, anyone can drive out there and you can go as fast as you want. There's a raceway that's maintained by the government with paramedics and everything out there somewhere. I didn't see it, maybe because it was a Sunday, but probably because it's so massive out there. It's so weird. I didn't go too fast, but 80 mph didn't feel much faster than 15 mph. So flat, and so much nothing; like some alien landscape.
