So I think I should start looking for a new band/start pursuing a project in which I'm the only band member. I'm sick of loser fucks destroying any progress or positivity potentially associated with our music, all the while claiming they "love" playing music. No motherfucker, you love the idea of being in a band but don't have the dedication to do anything but dream about writing a decent piece of music, all the while drinking yourself into a state of complete incoherence and idiocy on the couch in our practice space. Having fun is fine by me, obviously, but at a certain point it isn't fun, for anyone, anymore.

Now I'm gonna go clean the sand out of my vagina.

i chopped and sliced a song i was going to sample. i finally got the urge to pick up the project again, but i guess i deleted/lost all the files. now i have to cut this shit again.

i hear ya guys... but i'm not on different forums and joining just for selling seems like a serious dickage to me (well i'm on ehx.com but they can't sell stuff there)

also... i'd trade my Frazz... BUT... i'd really like some money to add to my new guitar funds... and if i traded it i'd basically have to pay 20% tax for the new stuff coming in

i've thought for awhile that if/when i do another project i might either do me + tapes or me + a drummer a la the Durutti Column...over my lifetime as a musician i've had a bellyful of dealing with the kind of problems mentioned above. i could write a fucking book about the drummer who caught his gf/mother of his newborn fucking his best friend, joined the Army and disappeared; the backstabbing band who booked themselves under our name with a substitute guitarist and who i then got to watch with glee as they fell on their faces totally unable to pull the material off without me; the major-weight acid dealer/bassist who sponsored the jam-band-before-there-were-jam-bands playing to hundreds of acid-addled people in Eugene in the early 80s; the great songwriter i built a group around who i could never get off the ground because he wouldn't reduce his 80-hour work weeks as a chef; and on and on.

the motherfucking canada post going on strike possibly this friday......and a couple of things in the mail that will probably be delayed like SS/BS FUCK OVERDRIVE.......FUCK!!!
