Yeah, I like making a chorus sound like a Leslie. I like vibrato. I like Uni-vibe-y sounding stuff.

I just don't like the standard "chorus" sound. If I use a chorus, I like making chorus pedals do weird things.

Wait, Chicago cops are doing phone fund-raisers? I know more than the average person the value of active fund-raising, but really? Don't they have a bunch of money from all that corruption?

I don't really know, now that Rahm Emanuel is mayor (yay!) we'll see what happens, also the cops here work really hard, each neighbor hood has a "beatcop" or a neighbor hood cop that lives in an a neighbor hood and "keeps the peace" there, too.

by definition, corrupt money doesn't go into the normal system; bribe money doesn't do to pay for Crown Victorias or bulletproof vests, it goes to pay for vacation homes.

It bothers me a lot when people in shows or movies don't say good bye at the end of a phone call. They never do. I know it's intentional, but it still bothers me.

fo sho, that twas a jokey joke. I'm too used living in an area with sufficient property taxes to remember how a police force is supposed to work.

Seriously, so many drugs out here despite overly active police forces. It's at the point where saturation doesn't make any difference at all.

I'm relying on the internet to fill the void that has become my social life this semester. It's a problem. Saying "I wish my (close) friends/girlfriend were here" isn't going to change anything, and I know that, but I still say it to myself and stay lonely rather than try and make better friends with the acquaintances I have or making new friends. Then I turn to facebook for their contact, or ilf to distract myself further. Shit has to stop soon.

Also, I can't stop thinking about my girl and close friends, perpetually inducing the above.
