I’m flipping my ipad pro and laptop to get that $800 Surface pro deal. It’s not an ideal linux box, but I’m going to try dual booting with linux on an SD card. It sort of fits the niche my laptop and ipad fall short of, and that niche is what I really need. I’m also just going to get a little, bluetooth, mechanical keyboard to carry and replace the attached keyboard with a origami flap of some kind (because that tilt stand isn’t very reliable).

I like the earlier ska stuff (that's basically jazz/bebop with a skank rhythm) but once things move more towards the Bob Marley kind of sound, I just don't get it.
