I was told that Arby's meat is not sliced, but formed in a press or something like that. Like meat crepes.

Truth be told...them nights driving back from the NYC...there's an Arby's right on the service road somewhere between NYC and my home and I always overorder. I go for the ruben and the brisket...devour 1/2 of each and hate myself in the morning. It's like a ritual.
