Sending them an email containing the document at like 1 or 2 am even though i'll probably finish in the next 30 minutes when it should have been to them early morning today .

Good i hateeee group work for this very reason (not what your doing they deserve it). Last semester we had to do a final project/presentation and I somehow got put in charge of putting it all together. One girl sent me the work a week early so she got exactly what she sent to me in the presentation. The other people not so lucky one sent me their work the night before at like 12:30 the other the morning of so they had spelling mistakes, no effort to align or make their slides match the presentation and pretty much looked like complete shit which my teacher called them out on. They also got put on the spot for not knowing anything about the assignment by my teacher grilling the shit out of them on the information.

anyway i expected the patch cable go wrong some day... it was like 30 years old from the communism era (not joking, i'm from Czech Republic ), i wouldn't use it, but it was the only cable that was long enough to go from left bottom corner of my board to right upper... well at least i have a reason to buy a proper cable!
