I just finished it in a sitting today. It's Christmas day and the entire household fell asleep in the afternoon.
Portal 1 is great, I always liked it more than P2, the Sequel is longer but it is a little flabbier. I don't like the total fantard culture of the game but they're pretty solid.

Portal 1 was a hard act to follow overall but P2 has its moments, especially Wheatley and the derelict Aperture Science facilities, and Cave Johnson's recordings did a nice job of filling in the backstory without a lot of unwanted exposition.

Okami is incredible, yeah! Very LOZ in general story and quests, plus I love the combat system and the drawing and the ART and the stupid squeaky voices and pretty much everything about it. Great game.

YEAH I BEAT FTL AFTER 29 HOURS OF DYING UNFFFFFFFF
Used the Engi ship with a defense drone II and anti-ship I, plus 3 reloader augmentations for 45% faster recharge on the two ion guns.
Level 3 cloaking is CRAZY USEFUL.

Sleeping Dogs went on flash sale on Steam, so I'm finally going to play it, as well.

My brother and his girlfriend got me a new headset for the PS3!

PS3 brothers, let's chat and shoot rabid fuckers in Resident Evil 5.

I've been looking at the PC version of that...let me know how it works for you, please. Particularly whether it has over-the-top bass boost or similar...I want something that's basically studio-monitor quality, not artificially colored.

Hey, Muddy. So far, these sound pretty good. I only played a level of Resident Evil 5 with them, but they rule.
I had a regular PS3 Bluetooth, but with glasses and a large gauge conch piercing, it was started to get annoying wearing it. It's strange because the conch isn't a problem when I wear ear buds.
This set can be used on PS3, Xbox 360, and Mac/PC, so I'm stoked on them. The amount of presets for them is incredible. Not to mention you can download others from their website. I've never used a Turtlebeach product before, but I think these will get a lot of use. A huge plus side to these is that you can actually hear the game in the headset and mute your television/entertainment system), unlike the PS3 Bluetooth. I do a lot of late night gaming and the bass keeps my parents up. Next year when I move out, it'll probably keep the girlfriend up.
I'll get a few hours of gaming in tonight, so I'll keep you updated with how they sound.

Almost done Persona 3, just picked up Persona 4 Golden for the Vita. I also got Little Big Planet for the Vita, but I don't think I want to play it anymore after the 30 minutes I put in last night.

got a new vidya card for PC. Still on the fence about Arma II/Day Z because I'm barely pushing the min req. Did finally get to play my 2 yr old fallout 3 steam dl though.

so, I did try War Z....literally hours before steam yanked it. Honestly some of the most frustrating gameplay moments I've had since Superman 64. Though the cash in factor is pretty obvious, and they did promise an awful lot and only delivered half of it, I don't really care about that. Strokes and folks and all that, but I'm having trouble seeing how anyone could enjoy this obviously rushed pile of unfun poop. more power to you I guess if you like it.
