Funny, my wife said the same thing to me yesterday. Helped a lot to hear. and he did end up having a fun birthday so definitely wasn't all bad.

My sleep clock is all fucked up. I've been working from home during the day and then late at the shop so I can be alone/maskless/not around virus vectors from 8PM until midnight or 1, then when I get home I fuck around until 5 or 6 because I can't just go straight to sleep.

On Monday we were told that all city employees would be getting a $2000 hazard pay bonus for emergency services, "Frontline" workers, and those that couldn't properly socially distance. Everyone else would get a $250 "thank you" bonus.

Yesterday we were told that we probably wouldn't get $2000, "but everyone will be getting something".

Today we all got a letter from the department head that basically said "although your job has been hazardous and will continue to be, you weren't physically at work for a certain number of hours because you were put on a rotating schedule at our behest so fuck you".

Thats such fucking bullshit. Why the sudden change of heart? Just cause some piece of shit big wig decided that money was more important than your lives.

I will drink myself silly the day all these money hungry dickcheeses bite the dust.

I was biting a hot dog when I hit a bone fragment.
From losing several pieces of my shitty glass teeth to various foods in the past, I did a tongue check to feel for any rough textured areas.
Sure enough, I've lost like half of one of my top lateral incisors. A pretty big plate of it just came right off the front.
It doesn't hurt beyond a slight sensitivity right now but I get extremely anxious at the dentist so this should be rad. Especially now. In fact there's nothing that scares me more than a trip to the dentist.

I'm only 31 but if I could afford to get all of my teeth yanked and replaced with those bolt-in dentures I totally would because my teeth are inevitably gonna fall apart before their time.
