Ah c'mon, Chank. It looks like some knock off chinese toy company stumbled on that enclosure design while trying to work out how to successfully combine cars from MASK and Bits of Voltron, only they failed dismally.
Which it's not without it's own charm, admittedly, but, it didn't take home the sexiest pedal ward for 1984 or whenever.

I actually like the design of those enclosures. The knobs don't protrude. (TWSS) So, you can't accidentally change settings with yo' foot. The switches aren't the best, but they're better than some. It's a much better design than a lot of other 80s designs.

Which is the sexiest pedal of 1984?

If you want crazy self-oscillation, adjust the trimpot VR5 to your taste.

True, I can't fault it on that actually.

I dunno, what the sexiest of '84 would have been, but you can safely assume it has some pink or purple on it, a perm that turns into a mullet, some spandex and some unruly pubic hair.
It probably also keeps its frilly socks or leg warmers on while its having sex, as well.

I've been intrigued by this pedal for quite some time (I'm a big fan of Monster Magnet), any chance you could do a demo once it arrives?

Good man! Still a little  that you got off it, but you know, seeing the error of your ways and all that. :joy: And Dod Death Metals are the fucking best. Second favourite distortion after the Elements.

Yeah, I go through purges every once in a while. TAFM has served me well as my only fuzz for a while now but I want moar.

I cant wait to have the Death Metal back. I wanna run my drum machine and synths through it for those moments of chaos
