Free Crybaby wah that is probably faulty, has a clicking when moving through the range. Good for modding? I have no idea!

Static-y stuff like a dirty pot? Deoxit is magic. (Look for the little indentation in the metal on the back of the pot, spray a squirt or two in using the tube thing that comes with the can, and turn the treadle back and forth a few times. This will fix most pots, and if yours is a goner, at least you're not left wondering if you really had to replace it.)
If it's something else, if you can't fix it easily you can always drop in a fancier wah board or a more exotic circuit. I'm hoping digi2t gets around to making up project boards for his Frostwave Resonator clone soon, since his proof-of-concept is the fucking bomb.

So much heavies…I love this thing. I have #16 to your #17. Sounds like he may be having a harder time sourcing parts. Glad I got one on a tip from Kosta.

I'm glad I got in on this, thanks! You would probably love the Monolith Oracle v2, I think there is one listed on the dam b/s/t, and I think I saw one on eBay. It's Heavy too with a delicious filter.

Yeah, I think so too dude. It was expensive, but I think it will be worth it. I think the tort kind of looks a little cheap/out of place. Also, this seems like it'll put me in excruciating Jerry Garcia Travis Bean territory haha

Thanks for the heads up. Checking that out now.

Ha! I think it just comes with the territory/EGC guitars. It's not like you are ordering a tribute Alembic.

So nice! There are so many interesting things you can do with that pedal beyond simple delay sounds. Enjoy

Yeah, I think it'll be a nice addition for droning, to get things moving using the sensor and stuff. Probably gonna play cool with my Moog's CV too.

Yeah it's perfect for playing with moogerfoogers etc. their Koma Kommanders cv sensor controllers are awesome too, I bet you'll dig the one on the bd-101 so much you'll pick up a couple

All this week, so good!

backwardsvoyager wrote:^ let us know if it's any good! Zoom gear is all dirt cheap in japan I'm wondering if I should pick up one of those or an MS-50G or something in search of wacky digital fun. I keep seeing those old zoom drivers and pocket multifx around pawn shops too.
It's the shit. Most useful gear purchase I've ever made. The rhythms and looper are mostly why I bought it (for training) and are WELL worth the price. Most of the effects actually sound legit and the amp models aren't terrible either. Now I've got to spend weeks creating new patches

I'm going to name them using stuff in the Band Names thread.
