I've read some other articles that claim that Justice Alito kept the ruling narrow and not in violation of the 4th Amendment,...but I'm not sure that A) I buy it,....or B) that it isn't setting a dangerous precedent.

yup. i really don't fucking get how they ruled in favor of it in good faith.
although honestly it's not like police properly did shit usually anyway. now if they fuck up due process (as they often do) evidence doesn't get thrown out. they'll just claim 'I HERD A TOILET.'

FUCK,...just realized that I never linked the "it's not as bad as it seems" article. That makes me rage because I'm dumb.

As near as I can figure I've got an issue with my feedback loop. When I pull it out of the signal chain,...it's fine. When I pull the entire loop out of the rest of the chain and plug up by itself it's fine. Combine it and nothing. Luckily I have an LED on my comp when the threshold get's crossed so I can kinda do this quietly. It is 10:40 and I do live in an apartment. I'm sweating bullets trying to figure this out. I'll probably discover I did a crappy job putting together a cable (George L).
EDIT: Hmmmm,...tentatively looks like I botched a George L

I know this is stupidly obvious but...are you sure you have the feedbacker hooked up correctly with your other pedals? Sometimes I change the order of mine around and have a "wait, what..." moment when I go to hook up the Chk Chk Boom.

Yeah,...I've done that before,...so signal path was the first thing I checked. I cleverly labeled the I/O and Send and Returns on the topside of the Utter Stutter to avoid future confusion.
Sometimes I stupidly plug my lead to my amp into the Side Chain return on my comp. Crank on the amp and I'm all like,....WTF is that horrid cab destroying noise. Oh,....
I did manage to trade some redundant pedals and a pedalboard for a 70's/80's Kustom B 2-15 cab. So,...my rage is tempered with MOAR VOLUMES!!!!!
