I actually read it the wrong way round and thought it was a perfectly sensible thing to say.

It makes me happy to think that maybe it's something like Necrophagist, or Braindrill.

I think once I find a nice solution to my keyboard desires I'm going to sell my Jazzmaster & Jazz bass (minimalist tenancies).
I hardly ever use my bass anymore, and most of my guitar ideas sound better on acoustic.
& I'm thinking drones and noises will be more versatile with synths & keys than guitar, which is usually what I use my electric for.
Aside from fuzz riffs. But those usually end up nowhere, and keys -> fuzz will still be fun.

Me too. I ruin all my songs with crap lyrics, so recently I decided to stop caring or putting any thought into lyrics, and I have a lot more fun writing songs now! It's not like anyone will ever give a shit, so why should I?
