i only spent a few hours with it 'cause my board is in mid rewire disarray. but it's exactly what i wanted. no latency, simple little looper.
why did it take someone this long to come out with this? i've wanted one FOREVER.
WOOT.

it's cool. but i'm weak about looping. one loop at a time is plenty for me.
iiiiiii like it. hee. kinda want a bigger box though.

TWSS.
(that was too easy)
Apparently the switch is soft-touch / no-clicky; is that true? Are you enjoying it?

yes on both accounts.
i have a board that goes both ways (TWCGS), and one side i was using a Flashback always set in the looping mode for a looper. just popped this Midget With Repeating Disease in it's place. blammo.
goooooood. tiiiiiiiiimes.

Some fuckhead cleaned out the limited supply of Dittos at my local GCs last week and sold 'em on eBay for $150 per.
Wish I could've been that fuckhead...

that's weird. they're $130.... that's a lot of silly work for $45 after tax.

IME I've always loved pedals with a soft touch. the click is a strange sensation to me

havent decided if i like the soft touch yet, ive got it on the RRR, Elements and now the ditto.
Ditto i think i will like it when it comes to timing loops though.

also, anyone know why the Ditto has a usb jack on the side?
edit: googled it and found out that the usb jack currently is function-less, but TC says it will be for firmware/software updates when TC releases them

Soft touch is a MUST for looping IMO. Glad to hear it's present on the Ditto.

I know right! I saw 'em on eBay last week with the item location being my hometown. I was like "WTF?!?" so I called the local spots. Only GC had seen any stock, like #6 Dittos total, and one dude snatched 'em all up. Ugh.

I cannot fucking stand people that do that. They did it with the Timeline and Mobius and it pissed me off so much.

Agreed. Tap-tempo also needs to be soft-touch. Anything that needs perfectly timed application requires soft-touch footswitches.

This popped up on my radar last night. I'm not a looper user and don't generally care/have need for overly complicated multi-effects...
The Ditto seems like a custom-designed (and priced) handshake drug, to me
