I stopped for good a couple of years ago, I don't miss it at all, but I know full well that it wouldn't take much for me to be drinking way too much again.

The best bit is having money to spend on pedals :)

Neighbor pushed his fallen limb into my yard. Clearly it came from his tree and was mostly in his yard at 730am. By noon he had cleaned up his yard and the limb was completely in my yard. I would have no problem cutting it up for him if he asked, but to nonchalantly push it onto my property....What a fuckboy. Also a cop. #suburbanproblems

Rent a woodchipper and point it right at his yard.

Invite him over for some shredded pork and push him in.
Then put on a pair of shades.
And turn to face the camera as it zooms.

I’ve been so fortunate that my neighbors aren’t huge pieces of shit. We had our first kiddo in November a few years back and one of my neighbors regularly took to snowblowing my sidewalk and driveway. Of course, he did it before then, too, if he could beat me outside. I try to get him back when I can. Feel like that’s what being a neighbor is all about.

We just bought a house and the new "permanent" neighbor suspense is killing me.

This is definitely "mild irritation" but I am nevertheless irritated :)

I'm selling some drum stuff locally and one man sent a message on FB to tell me he was interested in some of it.

I gave him a total price for the bits he asked about, and later took a photo of a cymbal which was included.

Then he asked about "other bits", which turned out to be the other cymbals I have for sale, and again I took some photos.

Since then I've heard nothing, and asking if he was still interested resulted in no response, despite it indicating he'd seen my message.

On another forum I was asked where I was located (as it turned out, not very far from the person asking) and then silence.

So it's not massively annoying, just weird.

Update: charges can't be pressed for this guy who, while violating probation, snuck into the house, because there is no visible forced entry. Because when the cops came, they didn't inspect any of the doors or windows. They just asked us if we noticed anything broken.
Even though he called his sister and told her that his mom "gave him permission" to come get the stuff and that he "had a key". After we changed the locks and are the only ones in posession of keys. And everything is always, positively 100% locked and double checked when we aren't working there.

LOL
