They are Joyo. There is a cheaper version branded as Caline. I use 1 Joyo and 2 calines.

I have already 2 and can't recommend them more. A steal for The money.

Depends...
In the last shown setup the KKF does this. Damn good.
Mini is great for that and also the Pharao. Mini with low Bias and Excelsior Tremolo is the shit (my buddy Nico is playing this here):
