hmmm yes a friend of mine was in america and he was shocked by the horrid looks when he used the word cunt in just general conversation

if anything its used in like every sentence in australia

Coincidentally, most people I've talked to have never even heard the word twat, and yet I've been told that it's the "other english-speaking countries" version of the american "cunt".

I mean, I say cunt all the time. so, you'd fit in with my friends.

In the UK "twat" is considered waaay less offensive than "cunt", at least in my experience with people I've met. I know quite a few people who really hate the word "cunt", but probably more who are fine with it. I don't know anyone who uses it a lot though, it's like everybody knows it really offends some people so it's saved for when you REALLY need to swear about something.

I'd say cunt is the worse possible swear in the U.S. (racial slur not included) followed by cock, fuck, shit, asshole(somehow slightly worse than ass), God dammit, ass, damn.
