Looks like one of those Ibanez (forgot the model) semis. They're pretty cheap and they rock. My friend had one with a crudely repaired headstock break.. It was totally awesome! They have pretty slim necks.

Yeah, Ibanez was my guess too. I snagged an early 80's MIJ Ibanez AM50 earlier in the summer. Crazy nice for the money.

I had to look up the am50... Dang! Those look sweet! There was a pic of a black one with bound f-holes and stuff. I'm totally GASin for one now. The new ones are called the "artcore" series or somethin like that btw

This is my Esquire conversion. Used to be a CV Tele, but basically everything other than the body has been replaced.
Warmoth neck finished by Bill Crook, bakelite pickguard, replacement controls, J S Moore Al5 7.38k p/u -- might put the Don Mare Donocaster in it instead though.
