I say this all the time, but I see more Confederate flags in Ohio and Indiana than i ever did in North Carolina. Then again, North Carolina had gangs of avowed & open Neo-Nazis who would come to Brunch at the local restaurants my friends worked at, so turns out.

But pls don't assume you're breaking news to me. I know women get a lot of shit in life. I know trans men & women get a lot of excessive shit on top of that. But everyone gets a lot of shit. Many different types of shit to give & unwillingly receive. Unfortunate outcomes and circumstance are universal for us to navigate. We do face similar yet different situational challenges and only notice many them after it's too late to plan a course of action. We don't just exist in our own heads, where all the bad shit accumulates and nags on us, even that which is unseen, unheard.
