I'm just gassing for all the things that I'm waiting for in the mail. And for my projects to be finished.
Waiting for a Benjolin and a Peaks and need to finish building a Radio Music and case (modular stuff)

I bought a Bosch washing machine and it rules.

If I was completely unreasonable, I'd get myself the Koma FT-201.

I have heard some bad stuff about some of the Bosch ones but also some great things. I always preferred Senco, but they have changed factories lately. They were my favorite for years. The dudes down at the local fine woodworking and tool repair place (you know the dealers for the really high end junk...like those 30k table saws and stuff) said they still like senco despite being a bosch and paslode dealer.
Bostich are subpar. I've heard that hitachi's QC has gone down in the last 10-years as has Porter-cable's (but they are still the boring old standard I see around, but they were converted to a cheaper brand once dewalt bought them out). There is a newer company (I don't remember if it is freeman or not) that is supposedly really really good (at least for brad and pin nailers). Paslode is another one I have heard mixed reviews about lately.
I still think Hitachi is a great brand for the price though.
I will say this, I still think it relies heavy upon each individual model more than brand. So I dont know.
I love my makita hot dog compressor. Gets up to 180 quick and is quiet.

All good, I had it pretty bad prior to your picking it up, but that pushed me over the edge.
My plan now is to fix and sell the Sovtek soon and get one.
So look out Stateside bros, I'll be hitting one of you up to trawl Craig's for me.
On the tool front, I just found out I want a tabletop router.
GAS for tools is a legit thing.
Especially for you guys that earn with them.

Wife and I got a miter saw for christmas. She works in HVAC. I work in technology. I can barely operate most power tools since I simply never need to. She does it daily. I'm pretty sure she'll be helping me make the headshell for my Beta Lead when the time comes.

I want someone to buy my amp so I can get DW's Traynor! Trying to sell gear on Craigslist and my local gear Facebook group is torture. Inhumane. Cruel AND unusual.
I wish someone here wanted a thoroughly unremarkable but loud and clear solid state bass rig.
I could take it to the local music store but they would absolutely low ball the shit out of me.
The thing is, though... I'm getting that amp. If I have to go back to a 3 pedal setup, I will have it. She will be mine.

i've had a number of compressors over the years, but i've actually been without one for a little while. i'm back to mostly working on my own again though so i'm having to build up my tools again. (i had everything stolen a year and a half ago or so). i just bought a rolair twin tank, the bull. i love rolair compressors and it's awesome, but i might not get to keep it. long story, but i think it might have been stolen and if so i plan to help it get back to it's owner. i hope not though cause i need it and i really like it. i too have a hitachi finish gun that i love. i have the 15g angled nailer. i have another 15g, but since i got the hitachi i never use the other one. i've only seen one bosch nailgun in real life, but it was super comfortable and smooth and great to use. plus i really generally like bosch stuff and have had a bunch of it. and it'd be kind of cool to be the only guy with that nail gun.

i think almost all the tool companies have gone downhill a bit as far as QC in the past chunk of time. but i've still generally had good experiences with hitachi nail guns. they're newer compressors aren't near as nice as their old ones though. i somehow ended up with like 6 different porter cable nailers at one point. they all got stolen, and honestly in a weird way i was glad to see them go. the framer actually treated me fine, though i wasn't in love with it, but all the other guns were shit. told myself i wasn't going to buy any of their stuff again. although those cheap pancake compressors of theirs are bullet proof. they're loud as hell and annoying in a lot of ways, but they do the job and last forever.
and i too love makita compressors. they're so quiet and pleasant to use. and they're fast too.

the new compressor had to be boxlike
so it could end up under a pile of shit
if it wasnt for that id love a little senco
all the fuckin plumbing gets knocked outta whack
kind of limited my choices
recooperating from thieving crapsnatches sucks balls
my ex teamed with her pre-me ex and robbed my shit
she kicked me out
then head fucked me to keep me pre-occupied
while the other peice of shit sole my stuff
they had it all on craigslist that day
with there names and phone numbers in the posting
people that steal tools are the lowest forms of feces
that hitachi angled 15g is on my list this year
i did a shit ton of face-nailed cedar siding this year
totally wished i had that thing
i did get the hitachi 16g stapler though for the shake
bad-ass but what else im gonna use it for?
i guess i can use it for lap siding

I am actually looking at some old radial arm saws or a table saw right now. I've got my miter saw I really like (don't like the stand, but it's a cheapy). My dad is trying to talk me into a radial arm over a table saw for cabinet making and future furniture building. I told him he was crazy. Any suggestions?
Kinda looking at the ear AD4096 . I want a more normal atmospheric delay/echo to pair with the misty cave. Also been looking at Tremolos for a while but I've got a kollaps coming.
