Inspired, I have returned my Komorebi to the board.
I'd forgotten how much I like it

I've never messed around with the CV part, but I love the sound of it, not sure what else to say.

too bad...shipping
would def like to hear more
not sure MN3007 is an equivalence to the Reticon originals in the OG A/DA and not because of mojoz, fairy dust or crystal lettuce - it's all about the delay range baby.
but somebody who has done the other apparent work to add flexibility and range has quite possibly got their clock game down
too bad the shipping over the pond is harsh

and pedge

Ive built a couple of ADA flangers with MN3007s drop in replacement vs the SAD1024
They sounded really good and its a game of getting the min and max clock frequencies
Its doable though and for what its worth the ones I made sounded great, so I wouldnt let that chipset put you off.
still for me the king is the OG FoxRox TZF. Ive had both the TZF2 and the OG, kept the OG.

cool - that is is very interesting to hear - i thought as much

i fight against my presumption that i won't be as interested in a 3007 flanger because i suspect it is quite doable to make one that gets the delay range right (especially for me, the short part of the range (max part of the clock freqs), but i've played a tonne of flangers that use that or the 3207 that don't really get it and i've tended to brush by them automatically - now i'll let my ears be the guide more.
interesting to hear re: the Foxrox - demos of the OG do sound great; too bad they're unobtainium (well, i do see them for sale, but i haven't been willing to pay the going rate, and i don't see that changing). What are the biggest differences between v1 and v2 in your opinion?

I've been eyeing the Alexander F13 Neo for a while now, waiting for a good deal.
Pre-pandemic they were going for less than 150€ in the used market, but right now I just can't seem to find one priced decently anywhere.
If somebody sees one, please give me a ring (or a flange)
