i just got some pics of the boxes almost being finished (so..... PRETTY) for a pimping of the box for the Brain Freeze and the little bypass looper Dan DubbleYa is doing for me. so damn IMPRESSIVE.

Just FYI....
Alan just updated his website and put my youtube clips on there for the Magnetar

As far as active basses, it does get a little sputtery and more gated and pinched, but I personally love that sound.
I guess the right adjective would be more rounded and "woolly" with a passive bass that doesn't sound as compressed and a little more controlled.
The pedal rules either way.

The response after being on hold 2 minutes was no just some jackets that were ordered for people in the office.

Alan changed the input range on the Magnetar to be a little more active friendly also. He did mine that way and decided to keep the change according to the description on the website.
