I have so much sympathy for her. I am (obviously) not defending her actions but she is not well and cannot seem to accept the help she knows she needs. Imagine being in her shoes...
I hope she can find some kind of peace.

Almost as sad as the gullible people in the comments hoping to get their Christmas present soon, lmao.

You must not have Direct Checkout set up on your account. Its the kind of thing where once you set it up you cant go back but it also opens up interesting options like layway for buyers if you want to offer it.

She's plunged herself deeper and deeper into a black hole that she most likely not be able to climb out of unless she can see the fallacies of her ways.
It's like watching a drug addict hit rock bottom and never recover. Extremely sad but you cannot help because they simply refuse to admit fully what they are doing or they will not take the proper steps towards true recovery (like you stated).
I also hope she finds peace as well and I always have.
There was a time where Devi was not that bad and just quirky but it's clear she is constantly at battle with herself and it's caused a rocky road for her life.

Infanem might be toast - no email responses and their site store never restocks. I've been watching for a Driving Notion for ages. Still kicking myself for not getting a $99 Improbability Drive a few years back.

They were toast almost 2 years ago.

Infanem is the biggest bummer of recent kaput pedal companies for me. Hope Dana is doing all right.

Agreed.
Solid pedals that were all very inventive and fun. Well made. Easy to work with (initially), then bam. Sucks.

I hope she's having a terrible time.

Non-existing customer service. (read messages regarding broken pedal, never replied). This was prior to her stopping to update her Facebook page, so it's unrelated to her going MIA.

Man. I get the frustration as a customer, but this industry is really fucking hard. Being one person doing all things in a company is really fucking hard. Some people just give out. I am glad she got out and hope she is doing well somewhere.
I really wish that people on here (and everywhere) had a little bit of empathy and compassion.
