I've heard stories and seen some old threads, but I thought her way of handling stuff was hyped and became internet legend after a couple of instances of said craziness. Well, fuck. Seeing this thread and her FB posts, it's like some fucking high school drama queen. Was this ever considered cool? And she hasn't mentioned the console shit... All money made on this «new» design should go to the people she owes money. That is if she's ever allowed to make it.

YES! I think we can get JWAR to etch a lovely bald head on a SOMMS. We discontinued it because we are almost out of joysticks and the pricing on the doubled from a few years ago, when we bought them in bulk. I think we have 4 joysticks left after the current batches.

We are also planning on upgrading our synth/oscillator game quite a bit from the SOMMS. But we we a million new designs (actually just 12 at the moment and 4 more for next year) in the works right now, so we have to focus on one thing at a time : )

Since this whole shit show, we aren't likely to release the new shit under the DE:FX name, so Dwarfcraft is gonna be NUTS this year. I'm pretty excited actually.

She is never ever ever going to pay anyone else back for the console. We tried to work shit out with her to get pedal refunds but she didn't have enough money to cover our parts cost to build them and we can't afford to hand out 20k worth of gear for free.

People could sue her for it, but there isn't any money to get from her. Lost cause, dudes.

The sad thing dude is that people WILL buy from her. She has a pretty big following. So you know, there's that. I mean, look at all the other companies we've seen shit on people that are hugely successful. Vortex, JHS, Freekish Blues (ok that one was a joke), but it goes on and on and on. Bad business sometimes works for some reason. It's weird.
