i've been so swamped getting ready for this recording thing coming up (SO DAMN ESCITED) that i've only dicked around with them, not sat down and learned them.

but even like that, they're a blast. the bass is a beautiful squelchy little acid electro box, the drum delay stutter is GOOD and the keys seems neat. haven't spent the time to get my head around that one. been doing chigahgahvrahgrahgrah bass loops with chubky drums and playing higher bass over them mostly.

the barrel is a smaller size actually DP. not sure of the exact dimensions, but its like a mini plug, same as they use for their KP's and Kaossilators.

Did JRR ship the entire bundle together? My Keys and Bass arrived today, no Beats tho...

EDIT: JRR is quick on the customer service today! Apparently they got a huge stock of keys and bass but limited on the beats. It's guaranteed by mid Dec.

Volca Bass is so much fun. I've been to the huge music store in cologne twice this month. I'm trying to find a jazzy I like but I always end up frowning at the offerings and going upstairs to the synth section and play with the bass. So great. I have no idea what I'm doing when I play with it but it's still tons of fun.
