Just got a bass player for one of my bands, he's really good and I already have taught him two and a half of our songs!

one of the guitarist's (i know him!) guitars was a custom made baritone telecaster
yeah, school tomorrow will be a bitch

i love that feeling after an awesome show. it feels like the rest of the world has slowed down almost.
I ORDERED A PIZZA AND ASKED THEM TO CUT IT INTO A PENTAGRAM AND THEY DID.
but now i realize why all pizzas aren't cut into pentagrams. it's such an awkward shape.
You should call back weekly with a random shape request.
I think you've just given me my calling in life: Pizza art. I'll use the toppings and cut them to replicate works of fine art. The endgame: Deep Dish Creation of Adam. Sans the penis. I think Michelangelo was a bit pervy.
In other news, had first practice with potential band mate, and it went well. He played a couple of his songs on acoustic and I followed along on drums. He seems like he knows what he's doing and once we get a bassist and I meet the lead guitarist things might take off. Ideally we'd find another drummer so I can play rhythm guitar and throw some fuzzed-out, shoegazey backgrounds on some solid songwriting.

"Yes, Pizza Hut? I'll take a large pepperoni deep dish. Although, could you please have the pepperonis arranged in the shape of Adam from Michelangelo's "Creation of Adam?" What's that? No. No penis. I think Michelangelo was a bit pervy. Half an hour? Sounds good, thanks!"
I'm actually quite happy tonight, so this thread suits my mood.

The best part of that is that Pizza Hut actually asked whether or not you wanted the penis. I wish we did stuff like that when I worked at Pizza Hut. I guess we did ask about sausage, but we typically didn't mean that kind.
Going to party it up tomorrow night in the land of white water. I'm going to spend the rest of my money on pot and booze and gasoline. Does anybody know how common Woodchuck Granny Smith Cider is in big box grocery store liquor departments in small midwestern college towns? I'm not quite old enough to go in, so I have to order something and hope the person I send actually looks for it instead of grabbing the first thing they see and I don't want to send them on a wild goose chase.

This is awesome news! It seems like they're doing this with a bunch of the shows from the 90s. Like a month ago I found Pete & Pete on DVD, which was pretty much my all time favorite show as a kid. Needless to say I bought it within half a second of decision making.

I still like it
It's kinda nostalgic. The voice acting is a little "eh" in the beginning but it improves.
Also listening to the Chrono Cross soundtrack while doing dishes

FUCKIN' SNOW DAY. On the first day back to school nonetheless.
Also, I love being able to express online happiness with a cloud shitting rainbows so forcefully, that both of its legs are propelled sideways.

I had a snow day on my first day for classes too (which was last wednesday), it was fuckin' awesome. I got way too used to sleeping in 'til whenever I want over my break, haven't quite broken the habit yet.

I think you might be invisible. But, it's OK. We still love you.
Plus, you could use this power to fight crime.
Or commit it.
