Good games?
Just any game you ever loved on the snes, sega, gameboy, nes, atari and other old systems:

I got one of these and I use it for nearly all my gaming stuff now. And look into the Advanced wars games, they're awesome.

Yup, it's pretty great that way. The hard part is that you have to find the emulators that'll run the non-ds roms on the cartridge. But after you have that out of the way it's awesome. I can even load dos on it and play old king's quest games on it

Technically not as long as you're playing games that already own physical copies of. You're legally allowed to own a digital copy of any game that you own. So, there's nothing technically illegal about it. It's also great for playing music roms like lsdj among others.

Isn't it legal only if you make digital copies from the physical copy you own? I'm not sure.

I don't think it works that way... at least I hope not.

Unless they changed it recently, your way is how I always understood it.

On that subject, I've been hanging out for System Shock 2 for ages (it's been years since I've played it) part of me just wants to find download it and the other just wants to wait until its on GOG.com. But who knows when.
Though illegally downloading a 90s Cyberpunk game seems oddly fitting.
Still having fun with BL2, I've just been killing Bosses on repeat just cause its fun. Bee Shield is rad.

Yeah dude, but it runs soooooooooo baaaaaaaad for me. Like 10FPS when I'm just cruising around and 5FPS in battles. I don't get that shit.
Guild Wars also runs kinda meh. I know that one is crazy CPU-intensive though.
I'm thinking that game devs either hate or are too lazy to optimize their shit for AMD processors because my system otherwise runs most 1-2 year old games on high, no problem.
Been playing Mechwarrior Online, it's pretty okay so far. Mighty purty game but the starter mechs you get to choose from are horrible and I can see it taking like 10+ hours before I can afford a half-decent customizable one. Ehhh....
But I haven't played a Mechwarrior since 2 at my grampa's house so it's kind of amazing to get into it again. Back then it took me forever to figure out how to stop the mech after it starts moving. I spent a lot of time running into the side of the training facility and in awe of the cutscenes.

WHOOOAAAA LOOK AT THOSE GRAAAAAPHIIIICS
Also, I started playing the PSP remake of Persona 3 and it's pretty durn fun. I set it to hard (LIKE YOU ALWAYS SHOULD WHEN PLAYING GAMES FOR THE FIRST TIME, GUYS) and actually die, which is a pleasant surprise. Japanese RPGs are usually more grind-dependent than they are hard. I keep forgetting to save, though, and it kinda pisses me off. I got pretty far in the tower and then my PSP battery died.
Kinda sucks how if your party members die in battle it's no big deal, but if you die it's game over. I don't have super high defense or anything.
