Yeah. I had been waiting all week for the video to drop. I did not hesitate (well, I was drunk last night when I started the video and the sci-fi soundscape had me twirling so I had until morning).

Yeah, waiting for some stuff to clear on my bank account and grabbing it. That's for sure. Probably next week end.

I'm actually really, REALLY GAS'ing to downsize all of my stuff. It was NOT fun moving all of my gear yesterday between households and took 3 trips to do it using my car. Luckily the ryansummit will be getting the Emperor 2x12 back, and I'm hopefully selling the Telecaster Bass VI, Tiny Terror, and eventually the Firecaster 12 string. I barely have time to play anymore other than maybe an hour or so a week and it's really not worth it to me to have all of this stuff just sitting.

On an upswing, I've got a Matamp Minimat I incoming, and parts to finish up my Jazzmaster build. I'm looking forward to getting the Jazzmaster up and going after we settle down from the move this weekend. Of course it is snowing today. /rant

Don't really know why, but I really want to try the Wren & Cuff Tall Font Russian.
I always hated Muff... but I like all demos I hear about this one.

Flangerine should be here soon and I'm really interested about that Frequency Fucker that Tom posted.

I've been doing some good ol' downsizing lately. Now that the sun is back and my mood gets better, I want stuff again.

Going to order the Possessed asap, and still lusting for new Lastgasp stuff. My Z. Vex fandom has also been sorta rekindled, but I'm trying to withstand it. Stuff is expensive, specially the Tremorama and Ringtone which are the ones that seem the most interesting. If I end up getting (one of) them, I should force myself to sell something. Maybe.

Check out the Sonar. It's small and packed with features. I really want one. And all the Vexter series stuff is much more reasonably priced.

I'm pretty sure I'm buying Danny W's Traynor and his 1x15. So I'll be selling my current rig. So if anyone wants a pretty nice solid state bass amp and 4x10 hit me up. But more likely, I'll be selling locally, at least the cab. No way I'm shipping that shit.

But yeah, fuckin Traynor. :!!!: :!!!:

Tall Font Russian is awesome. I compared it to my original and it was 98% there, it was just the pot sweeps that differed a little bit. Tone was all there. Heaviest of the muffs for sure.

The Sonar was cool when I had it, again tons of options in a small pedal. Was cool to make your own wave shape with the ASDR

I've tried at least a dozen different trems, and the Sonar was one of the few that had sufficient chop for my taste. Great pedal.

I'm GAS'n to get my JC120 serviced but aside from that i think i might actually not want anything? If i can sell my bass i'm buying parts to upgrade my squiers but everything has looked kinda meh lately, i have good enough stuff for what i wanna do i just need the god damn motivation to do things now that i'm not in any bands for once.

Yeah, I'm interested in that as well. Thing is though, the reason I get bored of a lot of modulation is that it's just repeating itself over and over without variation. This has been my problem with trems. The ability to switch speeds fast with a tap tempo on the Sonar seems cool, but the ability to make more interesting patterns and engage random mode with the Tremorama is way more interesting for me.

It also has a ramp feature. You can ramp the speed up or down and reset it by tapping the tempo switch.

Random seems pretty fun too though.

Yeah, I know. Saw JustNicks super enthusiastic demo of it a couple of years back, and been interested since then. Dunno, I'm just at a place in my hoarding where I'm willing to put a little more money into a pedal to get exactly what I want, I guess. Got all my basics covered. And that makes the Tremorama seem more usable/cool/ownable/thingy. Thankfully Zvex is mainstream enough that I'll be able to try both before I possibly buy one, even in Asgard.

i'm gassing hard for a framing nailer. my old one got stolen a while back. as far as music gear, i really want a second guitar, which i haven't had for a while and like ten different dirt pedals that i haven't been able to afford. but all that can wait. i need that framing nailer. unlike pedals, it'll help me make money. i know mr summit will appreciate that, even if he's the only one. i'm torn between that cheapish hitachi nr90ae, the max super framer, or the bosch sn350. i've used and liked them all and they're all in the same price range. kinda leaning towards the bosch, but my reasons might not be the best.
