Neighbours are having a big ass party and invited pretty much all the neighbours except us.
I couldn't care any less because I think they're yuppie pricks, but my dad's taking it very personally.

Have to work until midnight, the GGG fight starts at midnight and I've been waiting years for it. I'll be walking home when it happens and there's exactly a 0% likelihood it won't be spoiled while I'm searching for a stream link. 2/10 mild irritation.

My brother broke my front door by mistake, the landlord is covering the damages tomorrow but until it's fixed I am a anxious mess. My one mental saving grace is that it looks locked from outside. But still...

at least it's fixed. i remember mornings when i used to live downtown and waking up to discover we left the gate open and the door unlocked after coming home from a show or something. that was always like, "wow, we really dodged a bullet there..."

Fuck. First shift at my new job and my kid pukes at school. Guess I better start looking for jobs again just in case.

i don't wanna speak like i'm an authority or anything. but i've tried my best to keep up with what you've been going through neon. so, is the little guy sick or can you tell if he's stressed? new school, no more mom. etc? ask him if he's had dreams about being lost at his new school or his teeth falling out (both signs of stress and fear). he probably just needs support through the change.

I know there's some shitty fucks out there still who are like "Your kids dead huh? well why the fuck are you 10 minutes late to work?" but honestly most people these days are getting hip to kids and they can't fire you in most states for having to be a parent. I know the fear though and completely understand it. This is me rationalizing it out when my kid isn't sick while I'm at work, but when he is, I feel the same way man.

He did wake up the other day and say "MY SCHOOL IS A GHOST!" and he keeps talking about a ghost boy and a wolf outside the house. Not sure what all that means haha.
Also, work was pretty cool about it. Just sucks, cause I really needed that cash today too.
But I just found out my gramps is mailing me a check to help out so that's awesome
