SAW THIS YESTERDAY AND IT WAS JUST GOOD.
Visually I'd describe it like Annihilation meets The Thing, as long as i won't ever put it in the same championship, becuse of obvious reasons.
I'm not a Lovecraft "purist", but i enjoyed it for the general feeling and the Color (capital C intended) representation.
Curious to hear some opinions

Is that on a streaming service? I would be curious to give it a go. I read the story not too long ago

I don't think so, at least not yet, it's not a big production so i don't know if it will be in the future.
Apparently Richard Stanley is now working on an adaptation of The Dunwich Horror too.

I'd like to see someone try to make a movie out of Neonomicon, but I'm sick and twisted

I love this series but Walt is such an asshole from day one

the entire plot only happens because he's so terrible. And I remembered this going in second time but ugh so annoying

Finally finished
Hunters, which was kind of a mess overall, though filled with great characters that probably deserve their own show without Al Pacino.
On the other hand, I burned through
Watchmen on HBO (thank quarantine), which was incredible in all the ways the movie was disappointing.

Was it good? it's been on my list for a while now but somehow i never watched it.
Watched Marriage Story a couple nights ago, not my favorite kind of movie but i liked it. Despite it being quite a traditional story, it's never boring.
The general rhythm and editing, the dialogues and the main actors performances are very on spot, Adam Driver in particular.

Yeah Marriage Story is really well done. I thought Scarlett Johansson was wonderful but they're both great. And I was surprised by how long it is after the first time I watched it, never felt slow or boring.
Good Time was pretty good. Interesting film, little bit different. Not a happy watch

Watched I Don't Feel at Home in This World Anymore a couple nights ago without reading anything about it before watching it: it was fun and totally unexpected.

Yeah that was a good one! I really enjoyed it.
I am so far behind on all of the shows I was watching. I need to watch the second season of Altered Carbon, Mindhunter, the End of the Fucking World, the OA, Final Space, and now Happy, as well as finish watching Living with Yourself, BoJack, the Ozark, and Grace and Frankie. And apparently there was a new season of Ash vs the Evil Dead I missed at some point. But instead of watching any of that, I decided to binge through as much Comedians in Cars as I can
