Re: UG demos Moog Minitaur w/Koma bd101 via The Ribbon/Komma
Ayyo, heres a listen to an Eowave Lo-Fi Ribbon and Koma Kommander controlling a Moog Minitaur bass synth. I've got the Minitaur Out into a Koma bd101 delay that is looped back to the MInitaur's In. Monitoring from the Minitaur's headphone output. The Kommander is controlling the Filter on the MInitaur, along with both parameters on the delay of the bd101...Time and Cycle.

Re: UG demos Moog Minitaur w/Koma Elektronik BD101 & FT201
hey now, here's a listen to a Moog Minitaur with Koma Elektronik BD101 delay and FT201 filter/step sequencer. Used filtered outputs to control Minitaur and rest was experimental patching. Mostly playing the infrared sensors, with low pass output modulating the step sequencer clock...i thought that was pretty neat the response.

Re: UG demos Chamber Of Sounds Jupiter III Percussion Synth
Heyo, here's a listen to the Chamber Of Sounds Jupiter III Analog Percussion Synth. It has a piezo mic attached to the top plate, so you can trigger it by playing the case, and there is also an input for clock source to trigger it. Here's a listen to experimenting with a couple others ways to trigger it. First I'm just tapping the case, then I plug in a Karimba into the Trigger input, and finally just plug in a patch cable and use the open end to touch on metal toggles to trigger it. It's plugged into a Seppuku FX Dynamic Echo Modulator for some of that good ol noisy delay.

annnnd, here is a listen to a Korg ms20 mini with its line out into a Montreal Assembly Count to 5 > a Red Panda Particle. Sent that signal back into the Korg through its External Signal Processor input section, and patched that back through the Korg's filters again for some good time hey that sounds kinda cool fun. I've sent the signal from the Korg's headphone out to my interface to listen.

Re: UG demos 70s EHX Blueface Deluxe Memory Man SQUELCH swit
Hey now, here's a listen to my favorite version of the EHX Deluxe Memory Man, the early 70s Blueface. In particular wanted to show how the SQUELCH switch clamped down on the feedback. Some of my favorite sounds with it are when it starts being overdriven and flirting with self oscillation, gets really distorted and gritty in lovely washed out ways. The SQUELCH switch...up to a point...lets you reign it back in from running away giving some more control over the chaos. Pretty useful

Re: UG demos Bastl Microgranny with Little Boy Blue
hey there, here's a listen to some of that lo-fi loveliness you can find when recording a sample with the built in mic of a Bastl Microgranny. I'm running the Microgranny through a Flower Electronics Little Boy Blue's preamp and envelope follower, modulating one of the LBB oscillators. Record a sample and then loop it etc.

Re: UG demos MD421 direct into Red Panda particle
ayy, was just checking to make sure this particular transformer still worked and decided to record a quick demo while I was at it. A sennheiser md421 direct into a Red Panda particle. Recorded two short demos of general malarkey while going through all them modes on the particle.

Re: UG demos Endangered Audio Research The Gristleizer table
heyo. Here's a listen to the tabletop version of Endangered Audio Research The Gristleizer. Running a single oscillator from a Ciat-Lonbarde Tetrax organ into it and going through parameters. Then patching Gristleizer's LFO out to modulate Tetrax on the Orange patch cable. Sending a second oscillator from Tetrax on second Blue patch cable to the Modulation In on Gristleizer.
......woops, just played this back and realized I didn't hook up the MOD IN cable on the Gristleizer's end, so redid this one....back inna minute
ok then, here we go...

Re: UG demos Trogotronic 666 w/Mountainking Binary System
hey now, here's a listen to the ol Trogotronic 666. Ran it's out through a Seppuku FX IC Water, sending one of its outs through a Mountainking Electronics Binary System back into the 666 IN. Plugged the other IC Water out into the interface. The IC Water was in fine form with this group, was getting it to act all sorts or weird turning itself on and off etc...so, here are three short takes of trying to tame the 666 with pretty different responses from the IC Water.
