ayo, the Ciat-Lonbarde Cocoquantus 2 has two stereo inputs that route the left/right signal to their own Coco delay unit. here i've got Tetrax and Sidrax into those inputs. Both organs output a stereo signal with the press gestures to one channel and release gesture to the other. been trying to get a better understanding of how the Quantussy oscillators are routed to the sample/track and hold, at least getting more familiar with how doing whatever is gonna effect things anyways. have the Tetrax oscillators cross patched with the Quantussy, Quantussy modulating the delays.

heyoh, the Ciat-Lonbarde Tetrax and Sidrax have two "glitch" inputs per oscillator that lead to all sorts of fun. I get the impression these are maybe the Bounds and/or Bounce inserts, something to do with how the four individual oscillators influence one another for sure....i think either glitch input is related to an oscillator on either side of it. This lets you patch a more complex web between the oscillators and it leads to some of the most incredible sounds. Anyways, I thought it might be a good idea to try some outside modulation on these inputs. I patched up one of the oscillators and its related s/h output from the Cocoquantus Quantussy to one of the oscillators on the Tetrax here to see what happens. I patched one of the Tetrax's oscillators out to monitor on its own, and adjust the rise/fall with the two knobs on the Tetrax. The two knobs on the Quantussy are the speed of its oscillators, and the Chaos modulation.

hey now, Ciat-lonbarde organs have outs for all of the oscillators, here i'm running two of a Tetrax's oscillator out as stereo inputs for a JoMoX T-Resonator Ii, into a Strymon Timeline. There are also FM inputs for each oscillator, for whatever reason these FM in's also output a signal too so I've patched em into the uppermost glitch inputs on the two oscillators i'm using.

:thumb: those organs sound sooooo damn good on their own, but a little filterin never hurt nobody

annnnd, the Ieaskul F Mobenthey Denum and Dunst modules come with a really neat stereo bipolar vca. as far as i understand when the control voltage is positive the signal goes out that vca's output and when its negative the signal goes out of the other vca's output. so, you can have two signals and two control voltages or some combination making things really interesting. oh yeah, there is also a three way toggle switching from liner, off, expo. here's a listen to using one Denum VCO to fm modulate another Denum, first just straight into the expo fm inputs for bounds/bounce then through the vca eventually with bounds and bounce being modulated. here are some of the awesome sounds with both Denum set to audio rate. There is also a low audio rate, and cv rate for each Denum so this is just a pretty small sample of sounds possible when only using the triangle out from one to modulate the other.

ayo, here's a listen to the Snazzy FX Dreamboat. Its Chaos :joy: Used an IFM Denum VCO and you can hear what the Chaos sounds like and how it behaves at Audio rate and then at LFO rate. Usually I'll patch it up on the edge and just let it run, with the CV inputs you can push it around but really it gets rather unpredictable. That's best experienced over a longer time frame than makes sense in a demo...sometimes it will just not output anything for minutes at a time for instance. Used Yellow cables for the two Audio outs, and Red for the two LFO outs. Used Blue cables to patch in CV, also patch the Audio to modulate the LFO and vice versa.

As excellent as that sounded, I was a little disappointed there was no cover of this:

 who knew chaos sounded so good? looks like i'm headed towards a Fats listening session today :thumb:

annnd with Snazzy FX on the dome I got to thinking I never made a demo of the Wow And Flutter pedal, so here's a listen to it with guitar. Its such an amazing pedal really, tempted to grab one in euro :excellent:

hey, them Koma Elektronik Kommander infrared controllers are pretty neat, eh? Here's a looksee at two of them controlling two Ieaskul F Mobenthey Fourses patched through two Meng Qi DPLPG. The Kommanders output 2 CV and 2 Gate signals, so here I've got the gates all patched to the CV on the DPLPG with their CV patched to control both of the Fourses. All available Outs were patched to an In so everything is modulating everything else, two outs from the Fourses are AM by two outs from DPLPG through the bipolar vca on a Dunst into the interface.

Heyo, I dunno but I'm beginning to suspect the Ciat-lonbarde Cocoquantus 2 is the best thing ever. Here's a listen to trying to tune a guitar through it, kinda.

I've been curious about those Kommanders for a while now, cool to see they get your approval. :thumb:

Cocoquantus?

More like "Cocainequantus".

You can't get enough of that thing. :animal:

They really are awesome! Only problem I have is that my cables don't fit so I can only use 2 outputs at a time. Which cables are you using?
