Man where you guys when I was clowning on IPA Professors a while back? Yeah it's all maximum douche.

I did actually teach at a university for a hot minute, is this where they assimilated me into soap beer?

I mean the guys who bring up the bitterness units and shit from memory while you're drinking a different beer. It's all too much for me. I like to drink beer, and other than its classification of beer I don't give a fuck. People went way over the top on wine, talking about how they can taste leather etc..

I home brewed for like 10 years straight and made tons of IPA beers.. but as mentioned earlier now 90% of beers I see are IPA with fruit, or coffee, or hamburger..

I've never actually had someone quote whatever the bitterness number thing is at me, but I remember reading somewhere that a ton of IPA's are way passed the limit people can actually taste. It'd be like having 256bit audio, everyone stopped giving a shit 240 bits ago. I just think they taste good

I like certain types of IPA's, but the bitterness is often too much for me to enjoy without feeling the need to puke.

I know my girl feels the same way. We ordered a pint of lil stumpin to share when we saw sleep/bell witch. She already doesnt like IPAs too much, but the beer combined with the vibrations from bell witches set made her puke.

So idk, I just want a beer man.
