I must come off as a bit of a fanboi but holy shit, I just seem to absolutely love every single Smallsound/Bigsound pedal there is. TAFM is another absolutely sick pedal, love the blend on it, love it for heavier or softer sounds, all around really well designed pedal. Expected not to like it as much on guitar and oh boy were I wrong!

we still have two in that sick custom limited finish you can see in this video - raw, acid dipped metal with a think lacquer layer on it and stencil lettering. Find them here http://www.eaststompboutique.com/produc ... achine/106

:!!!:

also - did both of my basses for y'all bass fiends - rounds and flats :)

ok so I can't a/b them now but I used to have a fuzz factory and know it from a friend... Can't comment on the Fat Fuzz Factory where it gets really interesting.

The FF controls seem all about sweetspots for me whereas with TAFM you get more continual interactions and reactions
The FF controls also didn't seem to change a hell of a lot for most of the time
The FF is brittle as fuck which has probably been redeemed by the Fat version
TAFM doesn't oscillate so no squeels, no octave down arpeggios
FF doesn't have clean blend. I used to be opposed to it, then the Elements showed me the light... now I really enjoyed the guitar segments with the clean blend which adds awesome spank'n'sparkle

totally different beasts I'd say :idk: TAFM seems much more practical and musical across the board although FF can do some cool sounds you can only dream of with the TAFM. FF is more for the tweaker crowd who don't mind fishing for sweet settings and writing them down while TAFM seems much more controllable, intuitive and plug and play

my 0.02 :idk:

It's based on a fuzz face but it has a preamp circuit in there as well, along with some other things.

So this is a brand new pedal by Hungry Robot called Kármán Line. It's a nicely gritty modulated delay with a joystick and really awesome oscillation switches - one momentary and one latching for different kinds of oscillation levels. You even get to set the oscillation level for the latching oscillation. The joystick sets delay time and modulation rate, signaled by a flashing LED. The delay is really dynamic and reacts to your playing nicely both with the sharpness and the dirt of the echoes. This time, I also used the Teenage Engineering pocket drum machine to show how great the pedal is for tabletop setups - the dirty character works really well with stuff like drum machines!

Check out the Hungry Robot Kármán Line over at East Stomp Boutique! http://www.eaststompboutique.com/hungry-robot/karman

so anyway there's also this http://www.eaststompboutique.com/produc ... arlite/126

The Starlite is getting discontinued and replaced with a new model soon, which is why there's a 15% off sale on the last old one I have in stock ;) pretty cool modulated tap tempo reverb

I was really surprised how awesome the Romferd is - you don't hear about these at all. The modulation is very musical and inspiring, I especially enjoy the metallic slapback reflection reverby thingie with strange flanger-like stuff, absolutely love the vibrato settings, too :) a really fun demo to shoot!

Heck yeah! Love love love my romferd! I'll listen as soon as I'm out of class. I think I mostly leave it in a similar setting. Slightly metallic, musical clang. So good!
