Aye that's the plan alright. Plus one for myself and one for Dave Slomatics and I think there was a German guy on facebook looking for one too so four plus any more European folk who want one built I guess. I'm happy to build up to ten of em.

ok. thanks. We are trying to develop this kit for purchase however given how small the total order number is it could easily be $100 for an entire kit (etching enclosure + pcb + parts)

Depending on my post baby finances I will be interested in one. And probably also interested in somebody building it for me if anyone would like to volunteer when the time comes.

I finally got mine working on Saturday:

When I originally completed the build I plugged it in and a less then desirable sound came out, after talking with Nick we figured that I accidentally fried the transistors with too much heat :picard: I then tried to get the old ones out using desoldering braid and that wasn't working so well, so when skully came over on Saturday he assisted in getting the old ones out and new ones in on the PCB and I then reassembled it (realizing that I somehow lost the set screw on the supplied knob... DERP) and now its glorious! :yay:

So word of the wise to anyone building this kit as their first pedal... Keep your heat low and be quick on and off the Q's.... :thumb:

Those old transistors were a bitch and a half to get out. Not sure if I was just out of my element using a different iron or what but it took me every bit of an hour to get them out and replaced haha

I'm just glad its working!

It wasn't just Skip! I can attest to this. Great job on the build, from Nick, to etching, to the kit to put it together and Skips first build!

A bit slow in getting this kit going but likely what I will do is provide PCBs and/or etched enclosures, People source the parts themselves.

That's a good plan, plus it'll season them for future building when they need to order parts as well! haha
