I am Da Fuzzy Bears in case anyone didn't know. You can look for the 4-0 team if you're having trouble :)

And also, is Welker considered an elite receiver yet? Had 21 points yesterday and maintains his hold on #1 fantasy receiver this year...

I think he is an elite reciever, apparently being the best reciever isn't enought for some people to call him elite.
The only reason nobody talks about him in that context is because he is a cracker.

I think if nobody calls him the best receiver it is because he is a completely different type than your other "elite" guys in the league. You look at a lot of the other names that are thrown around as elite and its a lot of bigger guys who can still run, are physical and make spectacular highlight reel catches. Welker does a lot after he gets the ball. He's not going up over 2 defenders in the back of the end zone, Welker's game is more to catch it at the 5 or 10 and then run past the last defenders.

That, and the fact that he only went for 848 yards last year, after three years of averaging about 1200 a year - people thought that either the league had caught up to him, or that he was never going to come back from his knee injury. From a fantasy standpoint, he looked like a has-been and damaged goods coming into this season, but dude is ripping it up.

Well, no more undefeated teams

And the first trade of the year has been accepted? Vote against it if you dare!!! :success:

Just to explain myself (because it looks really stupid on my end), I have all this talent at WR that I have to leave on the bench every week, and I desparately need a better option at RB2. So this solves that while hopefully not hurting me tooooo much.

Yeah, and I'm tired of Sproles somehow convincing me to keep Gore on the bench.
Of course, now that Sproles is gone, Gore will probably go back to 5pts. a week.

Well, I hope it is a win-win-win, with that extra win being for me :)*

Pretty sure that was the worst week I've ever had in over a decade of playing fantasy football. 36 points?! Bye-pocalypse or not, that's horrendous. And it's always fun to get smoked by the team who had the second-lowest score in your league for that week.

Oh, I didn't realize that it was only the League Manager that could veto trades. Past leagues I've been in everyone has had a vote, and if it reached a certain level, the trade would be vetoed.

As far as the trade, I've vetoed it for now.

I'll give others a week or so to have their fair shot at trading for Jennings. If you receive no better offers, feel free to do the trade again next week and I'll pass it :thumb:

I understand why it doesn't seem to be a good trade for Hclapp/Fuzzy.
Keep in mind Sproles is the 13th highest scoring RB with only 7 point less than Jennings so far this year.
Trades are about current value and need, not name recognition.

Sproles has 19 more points than Chris Johnson this season! That doesn't sound like a backup RB to me. :idk:

I took that into account as well, so like if you and hclapp still feel this is the best deal in a week, I'll be happy to pass it.
