Eivind: I have a Raspberry Pi laying around if you want to mess with it.
There is a lot of truth in this statement.Brandsmannen wrote:Not tryna be a dick but run anything through two moogs and a space and it will sound amazing 9 times outta 9.
I've never been that much into LSDj compared to some friends. I've made some stuff with it but used Nanoloop (1.2 and 2.3 mostly) more when I used gameboys. Which was quite some time ago, too. But LSDj is definitely deeper and I know people who make/made awesome stuff with it (Glomag, Bit Shifter, etc.). If you're into trackers then LSDj is quite intuitive, actually...resincum wrote:aye that shit is a pain to use.. go the ez route and just use some VSTsEivind August wrote:Never got into LSDj when I used it. Workflow and stuff. Might give it another go sometime, but the PP fits me better.
I googled this, and my brain broke. What exactly would I use it for?UglyCasanova wrote:Eivind: I have a Raspberry Pi laying around if you want to mess with it.

Also, re:LSDj etc., I want to push a button which then will produce a note. Working in grids with programming and shit is probably cool if you're into it, but not something I see myself doing in the foreseeable future. Will look into Nanoloop though. And yeah, Bit Shifter is one of the guys that got me into this in the first place.![]()
Well, I do have three or four gameboys laying around. Maybe I can go way out of my depth and build a synth.
trust me i've been thinking about it. can't decide between RBPi or Teensy for my next project. both have there +'s and -'s. got enough on my plate for right now tho. first things first is feeling better (been super sick since like a week and a half ago). shit is a lingerer for sure. almost made it the whole winter w/o getting sick at all.Brandsmannen wrote:Not tryna be a dick but run anything through two moogs and a space and it will sound amazing 9 times outta 9. I've heard some pocket piano sounds I really dig though. Really liked the graff video though! Really nice ambience.
Sherm that would be awesome!!! You should build some and launch on your site(well maybe not straight up clones but ya know yer own thing)
Never heard of it until now, but I suspect it's similar to the Olson New Sound Fuzz or Mica Wailer, after looking at pictures. How much can you get it for? I know of a pretty cheap Olson...Brandsmannen wrote:Hey fuzzexperts. I got offered a vintage fuzz, a Menacor Fuzzder for way below the reverb dot com prices. Just wanted your opinion on things? Anyone have any experience with it?
He is asking 1500SEK, which is a bit more than 150€. Completely reasonable fuzz price, but I don't think I'll do it. Money tied up in UCs old generation loss right nowJero wrote:Never heard of it until now, but I suspect it's similar to the Olson New Sound Fuzz or Mica Wailer, after looking at pictures. I would do the same thing, haha. That Olson sold too (it was like $125 I think).Brandsmannen wrote:He is asking 1500SEK, which is a bit more than 150€. Completely reasonable fuzz price, but I don't think I'll do it. Money tied up in UCs old generation loss right now
