My friend used to do it all the time until he got a false positive on aids. Apparently it's not too bad, you just want to bring something to read while you're donating.

It's actually kind of nice... the needle going in, taking your blood, filtering it, extracting plasma, giving you a little dash of saline and making your veins feel all cold and shit.
Too bad you can't donate jizz. But I guess you can donate eggs, and that shit brings in cash money.
