Needs to cull off the SG and Tele to make way for TM

And if your really set on getting something like that, just wait a few months, Strymon will inevitably release a timeline / mobius style reverb this year. At that point you can either unload the moogs and pick one of those up, or pick up a cheap Space as everyone and their brother unloads theirs in favor of the strymon.
I was just imaging that last night. You'll have all the blueSky and the Flint reverb tones, plus a shit-tonne of other stuff. It's the obvious next step for Strymon, unless they finally release their overdrive pedal.
That's exactly what I'm thinking, all of the blue sky options, all the flint options, plus some tube and maybe more plate and environmental settings (like cave / cathedral, etc) its the only thing that's missing out of their selection minus dirt pedals, but I think that a small dirt pedal will come first as that is how their development system seems to work. They released 2 different delays then made the timeline, they made two different modulation pedals then released the Mobius, and they've now released two verb pedals so i guarantee you that is the next step along with a small box dirt pedal. I'm excited though, I would gladly upgrade to a strymon verb to midi sync with my timeline and run both with my DMC with ease. You can sync the space and timeline but the OS's of each are so different that its more complex then its worth IMO. While with dual strymons I could easily copy and paste identical verbs into different banks if I find a couple universal verb tones I'd like to use with numerous delays.

Exactly but with the space you only get one verb per bank of 2 delays if you sync them. so you have to match your delay banks to your verb, you can't do one on one. It's just a mega programming hassle, I'd like to hit one footswitch and have both exactly what I want without having cycle through a shit ton of banks on the eventide hit that footswitch and then hit the footswitch on the timeline, and then have to tap tempo on both pedals. With two strymons it would all be on one unit.

you cant bank up or down the 2 pedal together on the DMC3, its done via 2 different modes

Thats because they operate a lil differently but i'm confident that the delay and verb would be programmed to sync bank switches as well. If not it's something that would definitely get recommended to them by numerous people, enough that they would program it to do it.

Hey Skip...I took that Epi Jeff Waters to the tech...£230 later...this thing now sounds and plays amazingly well. It cost a lot, but happy i stuck with it. But i didn't go the p90 route like you, i got a Tone Zone in the bridge and it works great; plus i replaced the killswitch with a volume pot for the neck pickup. thanks for your advice on this

No problem my friend! I'm glad your finally happy with it! Stock they sound like poo, so thin and unusable but some tweaking like you found out they can be a mean beast, and lightweight too!

C# for heavy for me. E standard for the garage/punk stuff and the other band I make noise in is C standard. Thinking Drop B for my vanity doom project if it ever happens.
