Part of me hates doing this, but before anyone justifies that aspect of my mental illness - please understand that a lot of it is broken and much of what isn't is not hooked up (at least, for the moment, I'm chasing a work that will see some deeper use).

the feeling when you finally look at the clock on your computer and realise you have been staring at the same photo for a solid 20 minutes and still haven't absorbed everything that is glaring at you through the screen

Honestly, your set up looks way more user friendly and actually productive to me.
I've got one synth powered up, and I'm stringing cable for another.

It may be more user friendly and productive, but I am still drooling over all the stuff in your dungeon. Also, now that I am quite happy with my setup, I can see it growing with less user friendly gear. More obsolete rack gear, test equipment, old tape machines, etc

I don't know if I like more crochambeau dungeon because of the mysterious gear hoarding, MrNovember dungeon for the amount of different stuff, or fuzzonaut dungeon because WALLOFAMPSSSSS

Awesome dungeons! Now I want one too.
Looked at the third pic in MrNovember's post for several seconds before realizing that it was not in fact a weird double neck guitar but two guitars next to each other. The two kids on top of each other in a trench coat of guitar pics.

To me, cause I'm familiar with his circuits (my custom monobius is a forever pedal... try using an MASF as a thorn oscillator, use A/B box and have your guitar or bass or synth input into both at the same time... it's like you were doing whips its, inhaled some salvia into the whip it balloon, went back and forth, and a cactus salvia god (who looks a lot like Peter Steele, scolds you sternly for fucking with the fabric of time, "And you better not do it again buster!"). Like he's not that made, but, kind of like when you flick a bug off you... your world is completely rocked....
That's not the point!
I love how Crochambeau has a vertical of classic drum and bass samplers in tandem with in old testing gear!

It's a rehearsal space, shared by 3 parties.
It does get used to record though, mainly by Sum of R.
The noise guys (pic 3) are a bit on a break or doing solo stuff at the moment.

Yeah, I'm working on bridging the gap between my MIDI composed works and habits and the raw noise/experimental path I veered into around 2004/5. Unifying different operational domains is a brain-twister, but I feel like I'm getting closer. At the moment, I'm just running synths through RMA stuff (hahaha) and that's enough of a cheat to keep me happy for now. But there is stuff on the drawing to support the framework of such endeavors, and that's probably my biggest design inspiration at the moment.

We have so much more in common than you think... minus "technical know how" on my end!
Actually tbh I probably should have put 2 and 2 together sooner on that one with your demos (Your mudlark ones with the drum machines and samplers). I also know you have a CS01
