Finally got a chance to try mine. This thing rules! Seriously so fun! It did take me a couple minutes to get a grip of the controls but that’s fine. Satisfying tones once I figured it out. Obviously haven’t exhausted the sounds at all, just got once similar to a harmonic perc and rolled with it.

Just tried it with my 'noisy' guitar and tube amp. I really like this! Kind of getting the hang of the 'Edges' control. My personal observations and checking with the manual have me thinking I have no business having 'edges' past 12 O'Clock for 'convention' purposes. I had no idea the controls were so interactive with each other and I need to get a better feel for this thing's "bad"

behavior. Per the envelope response, this thing really comes alive with a delay [I'm using the new Mid-Fi Clari(not)].
I haven't opened it up to mess with the 'Multiply' trim pot yet. I also haven't tried it is my solid state amp. All very exciting!
EDIT: Most importantly my jacks aren't tight which is absolutely wonderful

EDIT II: Yeah this thing rips through solid state.

What’s this about “conventional purposes”?????

Wait, where is there a manual for this? I looked at the Diablo site to no avail. I totally dig it but would like to understand the trim pot and the top two left controls. Thanks!!
Brilliant device BTW.

Ah, nevermind. I see there's a page at Peter's site but the internal trim pots? Can the Multiply seriously be dimed?

This pedal is amazing! It truly shines with a delay and pushing other pedals. I have it right in front of my Pretty Years, as the frequency bumps make it react in really unexpected and beautiful ways.

Wait no, I meant Pretty Years -> HEQ1.

My favorite is the notch mode, which when Heq'd brings this really fantastically resonant octave up.

I missed the boat on this one. Hopefully we see a second run.

Just spent a while playing with the “miffed” setting. I’m in love. Reminds me a lot of an eau Claire thunder with tone blast on. Like the manual says, it is real prone to feedback, but I love that.
Updated with a poor video demonstration of the miffed setting, guitar volume low so it's more of an overdrive. I seriously love the break up of this setting. Sorry about the instagram link, it's the only easy way to post atm

Yeah man, maybe a second run with hologram pedal graphics and a rainbow quote for those of us who missed the first run: "patience is a virtue" ...

@PeteeBee - Dude, that ruled! It was like if the DEADMAN soundtrack had restraint. I've been thinking a lot about minimalist guitar lines with overdrive/breakup where the trick is to not do 'too much'. Awesome!
