not sure if serious, but no. They've been releasing new products on the regular.

I meant just pedals.

Do we need to add Endangered Audio to the list?

EAE EAR has a habit of pulling a disappearing act, though.

A few actually available Spectravibes have popped up on Reverb this year, so that's......something? But yeah, looks like they went back into chrysalis mode for the moment.

There are a couple threads on TGP about this. Apparently they shut his Reverb store down and are investigating him for fraud. Seems a lot of people trying to get their money back.

Yeah, I don't know that I'd use the word "fraud". I'm sure they had every intention of releasing the pedal but it seems like it all kinda… went to shit. :idk:
The original AD4096 is an awesome delay. Sad to see it end up like this.

WOW! That EA shit is scary and surprising. I ALMOST pre-ordered it like ten times. Glad I didn't.

I was one of the 1st 10 preorders, so my stuff should arrive in a timely manner IF it ever ships. I sent 3 emails in the past few weeks with no response. so I contacted Reverb. Here is what they said:

"We are aware that this seller has been having some issues responding to buyers in a timely manner.
We have a specific agent assigned to the issue, and we're currently working through these issues with the seller. Rest assured your funds are fully secured, and this seller is aware that even though they have been experiencing delays in manufacturing, they still need to respond to your outreach. I'll be touching base with this agent and the seller to secure a response.

If you would prefer a refund on this purchase, just submit the refund request from the order page..."

So it looks like I would still be able get my money back if he pulls a Devi. I am pretty sure my credit card that is linked to my PayPal account would protect me too if I needed to get them involved.

EAR, not EAE
 Thanks. I knew who they were talking about and still screwed up the acronym.
EAE's super reliable, from what I've seen.

If EAR managed their preorders through Reverb and used Direct Checkout (even if you paid via paypal) then its just Reverb that has your money all this time. They don't pay out until the vendor enters tracking information.

They've always paid me prior to tracking info. Does that just apply to brands like this selling big lots?
