Made the meanest salmon salad for tomorrow's lunch at the office.

Norwegian salmon, fine diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, pasta, super thinly sliced lemon... seasoned with sea salt, olive oil and lemon juice. It will be bomb.
Good deals: OsbornKT, Phantasmagorovich, UglyCasanova, DarkAxel, Skip, D.o.S, ColdBrightSunlight, Eivind August, Goroth

If I understand you, then yeah. I'll start a thread about it tomorrow.
The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents.

You take your hamburger bun, slice it and butter both sides before toasting. Take the bottom half and spread mayo and sweet mustard. You take a couple thin slices of pickles and put it on there. You take the red onion you've just grilled, slice it in two and spread out the halves on the bun. You take your hamburger and put it on there. Add bacon. Do the top bun as you did the bottom and assemble the burger. Now put on a condom as you don't want to get jizz all over your jeans when you take a bite.

Last night my wife made a veggie quiche. Can warm that up and eat it with Finnish pancakes this morning. As JAngle and Invisalign (leaving this auto correct) will tells you -- both dishes originally made in cast iron skillet.

Picked up this monster for $40. Grabbed a little beef brisket to test the grinder tonight. Mixing the hopefully ground brisket with some 90/10 ground beef. Gnarly burgers in the very near future. All the LAnd Animals.

I've got one of those! Helluva deal you found :thumb:

The meat grinder attachment is fun—it indeed makes for some damn fine burgers. Also wanna make sausage someday. Need to get on that sheeit.

My latest culinary abortion of the Dutch Pantry kind was a combination of 2-week-old chicken apple breakfast sausage, half-rotting sweet peppers, red onion, garlic, dried ghost chilies, a box of penne pasta, leftover farfalle, and various spices. Everything (other than noodles) was sauteed in olive oil. A random concoction consisting of half and half, butter, and apple cider vinegar had to be added to quell the fire a bit. Considering how improvised things were, it's actually not bad.

Made chicken lasagna with spinach and black beans, then southern green beans with bacon and red pepper on the side yesterday for my sister and nephew. It was a-okay.

Today I made thin crust pizza in the cast iron skillet.

caramelized two vidala onions. removed onions from heat, added sliced bella mushrooms with some ground rosemary and garlic powder. added 3 tbsp balsamic after the mushrooms had cooked down. reduced balsamic. preserved leftover balsamic mushroom/onion deglaze. spread remaining balsamic on pizza crust. added mozzarella and feta. added onion and mushroom.

enjoy.
