Oh, I don't know. I usually notice hiss but at this point I have so much shit that could interfere. Haven't really noticed anything specific coming from the RV-3 though

I'm really only bringing it up right now because the hiss is absolutely insane when I'm using my modular set up. Ended up buying a pedal interface that hopefully reduces it, so we'll see. It's noticeable on my bass as well though when I use my Fox Calculator.

Tell me about reverbs with FX loops. I only know of two. Pedal Projects Marbleverb and Fuchs Verbrator. I want one, but I need to know if there are more to choose from.

That seems to be completely uncharted territory which is a boner. I'd love to put something wacky in a reverb's effects loop.

Dr. Sherman Sticks M.D. got me thinking about it. Merging bitcrushers, choppy trems, pitch shifters, flangers, glitch pedals etc with verb... Should be fun!

Get one of those Nux ones or something and poke around until you find the reverb output on the chip. Cut the trace and add an effects loop with a loop feeding back into the input of the chip. Wire it with one of those switching jacks so that it works normal until you insert a plug. Or something (or find a cheap belton brick kit and do kinda the same thing)? Could do some wacky stuff, I'm sure of it...

Or do the same kinda thing with a few pt2399 reverb kits and just put the loop between them with some kind of feedback loop (with volume control of course).

Can do it with a parallel blender and full wet reverb also.

I guess this is a whatever gear related thing to say but don't you just wish that andy from PGS could be the narrator of your life. whenever he finishes a sentence the pitch goes down

from my basic understanding its a lil bit more complicated than just inserting jacks or wire another effect at the point where only the fx goes in and out.
this was actually my original idea for the WAIFU. was to have a switch that would on one end, place the bit crusher at the end of the chain after the reverb, flip the switch and the bit crusher would be on the wet reverb only.

I was just giving a place to start. Circuit bending is all about just poking around. More encouragement than instructions haha.
