Although I would have seriously lol'd had that been the case.
is it one of those old acoustic 4x15 fridge cabs? with the two 15's in the middle facing each other? that's about the only 4x15 i would consider for a gigging band.Ancient Astronaught wrote:hahaha we wouldn't expect you any other way buddy.
That's awesome!!! If it puts the earthquake sub to shame I am excite for deetz.
Nobodies guessed our new bass cab yet. It's not the most exciting but its a proven cab thats getting rarer and can definitely do what we need it to. Finding a second one is gonna be hard though... but hopefully not impossible.

exactly, theyre almost identical size to a ampeg fridge but about 4 inches deeper. Plus they put out enough low end for extreme drop tunings to actually be legible. The Osedax uses two of them in drop G and they keep up like a fucking bandit.misterstomach wrote:those are awesome. heavy as hell, but it's a hell of a compact package for 4 15's. doesn't take up a ton of stage space and sounds fucking great.

Nope, I don't understand the science but no mud.Achtane wrote:I'm having trouble imagining what the inward 15s add to the sound...is it, like...extra mud?
Same here, and they never come up for sale. The one we found wasn't listed but the owner is hard up and finally considering letting it go.LOCOPELAND wrote:Damn, I've wanted a 408 for a long time. Can never find one that's reasonably priced. In short, I hate you Skip.
yeah.... we won't go into that....Achtane wrote:Monolith used to make copies of them, but...
