I've only ever played one of the GBA games though.

When I ride around in my car with the stereo blasting I always imagine that people that turn their head or carry a weird face are hearing the music and think they must be imagining it, because it is blaring loud but they don't know where it's coming from.

I woke up with this memory from my dream: I was being interrogated by the police or something similar. I managed to catch a glimpse of my file on the computer and there it said: "mostly harmless. likely to talk about ILF and fuzz boxes."

i fucking hate glee, but i enjoy reading about the 'cultural impact' and shit about glee. i think i've read more articles about how glee is going to hurt the youth than i've seen minutes of glee.

i also have a strange masochistic desire to read ALL of the comments on every news article, blog post, etc i read. they make me incredibly angry usually, but like i said, masochistic.

So this is kindof embarassing....

I went and saw sleep last night at the wiltern and it was a pretty sweet show as you can imagine. But there was so much dopesmoking all around me I had to get in on multiple rotations as well as smoking with my friend that I came with and drinking some beer pregame. So like halfway through sleep's set I literally went blind. I don't know if it was because it was so hot and I was standing up so long or if I was just really fucked up and smoked some whack ass laced weed or something(I normally wouldn't assume that but I smoked a lot of strange weed that was passed to me). But yeah I was in the middle of the crowd and I went fucking blind. All I could see were those fuzzy, multicolored shapes that you see when you close your eyes really hard. So I was that dude stumbling out of the crowd trippin on the stairs because I couldn't see them. Then I went in the other room and everything looked fuzzy for a while and then I got my vision back so I went back in and it was all good.

I can normally totally hang.. But I fucking went blind unexpectedly. I don't know if you've ever been really fucked up, way too hot, in the middle of a huge crowd with SLEEP blasting in your fucking ears when you suddenly go blind for some reason but it's pretty trippy.

That was a fucking gnarly show. I'm pretty embarrased that I couldn't hang but fuck dude I went blind. It was like when you get up real fast and everything turns black except it didn't go away for a couple minutes.

I had that happen at a packed ass Mr. Bungle show that felt like a human oven. People were dropping like flies from the heat, passing out left and right. Anyway, I had a case of massive tunnel vision hit all of a sudden, I could see, but not well, borderline blind. I got out like you, tripping the whole way, sat down, and shit normalized.

Drugs and alcohol ingested pre and during, always figured that may have factored in, but the heat and volume and sardined crowd were the main culprits.

Super Robot Wars...uh, Original Generation I think. The OG ones are on GBA, but there are a few on PSX/PS2...I think a newer one just came out last year or something. Only the GBA ones are translated I'm pretty sure.

But the annoying thing, like with Final Fantasy numbers is...the ones on GBA are called "Super Robot Taisen" in the English release.

I think it was the heat, lack of air, and volume for me too. Shit was loud. Like shake your guts around loud. I was also on an empty stomach on top of all that.

I guess I didn't go completely blind because when I got into the light I could kinda see but out in the crowd it was dark enough already that I couldn't see anything at all.

It was packed as fuck because like half of the tickets were for the upstairs and I was supposed to go upstairs but I just snuck in the the bottom and I'm assuming pretty much everyone else did the same. It was PACKED. I was in the stoner pit in the middle lol I've never smoked even close to that much weed at a show.

Yeah, I've heard about those around, I'll have to check them out some times. It's pretty rough to still buy games these days though, considering all of my spare cash goes to pedals.
