Is this actually supposed to be a line of reasoning?  :snax:
Have you heard of Occam's razor?

I'm trying to figure out how there are more Vargs on the god damn Zappa forum than this place.

I can't be bothered, it's all too depressing to think about. So will the DNC, with the extra benefit that I have to fly through that shitty airport the day the DNC starts, and then back through the day the DNC ends.
Strange Tales wrote: Like cmon, not even one mention of Ted Cruz actually snubbing Trump at the RNC. This is INCREDIBLE.
It's an interesting tactic. Either he's turned the GOP against him, or Trump flames out and they flock to him as the only one who didn't go all-in on Trump brand crazy.

THe thing is, I think the general GOP hates Cruz almost as much as they hate Trump, just with different grounds. It probably won't work.
Sounds like you need a good dose of complete and total apathy. Sucks you have to be in Philly during that, can't imagine how bad it's going to be.

Hey speaking of VV I might be able to swing Mayhem in Oslo this year. That'll be pretty rad, I think (even though they'll be sans Varg).

If Islamic terrorism was the only kind of terrorism plaguing the US, the idea might have some merit (flawed, flawed merit). Unfortunately we have a strong tradition of domestic terrorism as well (from all political sectors), and this would have little to no effect on that.

We can talk about the pros and cons of terrorism if you'd like -- I've been in a position to talk to some folks who historically fall under that wing (this has also come up before) but the idea that our country will be safer if we expunge all the Muslims simply for being Muslims is oversimplified: i.e. it doesn't fulfill good Old O's Razor.

If you aren't going to use the sarcasm font then I'm going to need a complete point by point notation of how you intend to employ Occam's Razor as an ad hominem defense of this argument.
Failure to include Western acts of aggression and subterfuge/interference in Middle Eastern and former Communist Bloc nations in the Stans to serve as catalysts for radicalisation and the creation of mass out group psychology, coupled with the effects of ecomonic alienation and general political power vacuums will detract from the credibility of your argument, wherever it can be found.

Just imagine me singing "thiis foooooreeeeeeveeeeeeer" on a couch with a cat, because that's basically what i'm doing inside my head whilst trying not to wake up people who live here.

Also lets focus on the group of people actually responsible for killing more Americans every year than "Muslim Terrorists": The Police.
Also probably anti-abortion Fundamentalist Christians, they should all be kicked out of this country.
People who keep killing black trans women.
Oh, biiiiig shout out to the American Military again, even though IP already covered that shit.
White Supremacist/"White Separatist" Militias currently trying yet again to form a white-only space in the Northwest.

There is no sarcasm here, I and most people i know feel vastly more threatened by those people than they do by Muslims.

Did you sleep well? Islam is not a country. Muslim is not a race. But oh my, the R word!? You probably believe in magic, witchcraft and voodoo too right?

Still a pretty diverse group of individuals holding differing beliefs, though. Hardly synonymous with terrorist. :poke:

Uhhh, yeah. You're either an idiot or a shit troll, in either case whatever. Right Wing Reactionary trolls aren't even good at trolling. You think ruffling some feathers by acting the way all of this shit society acts is really something, don't you?

Those are the only things I believe in. The only horde of outsiders threatening your way of life in the bay area are tech-bros gentrifying your ass out of a place to live.

Does anyone else find it strange that we have new users who have spent 75% (yes I looked at your post stats) of their time on this forum in just this thread??

This is ILF, not I love to start stupid shit about politics.

I get this thread exists, and I really have tried to stay away from it because it's always fighting or things I don't even find funny, but go talk about other shit. Be a community member here and people will maybe take you more seriously. Probably not though, but they might.

Politics is like blood in the water to some internets peoples, they just can't stay away, they probably came to ILF for the fuzzies and then got sucked in to arguing politics here.

Me too.......kindof,
My boss tends to ask me a ton of questions and derail projects when he is in the office, he is out of the office today so I am working efficiently,

which is crazy
