i like my tonelok CF7, it has a very warm and pretty flanger. i think flangers work best as alternatives to phasers, if that makes sense. i can get a low pulse and some harsh upper register, that metallic clang, which is what you look for from a phase cycle. just a thot

not sure MN3007 is an equivalence to the Reticon originals in the OG A/DA and not because of mojoz, fairy dust or crystal lettuce - it's all about the delay range baby.
but somebody who has done the other apparent work to add flexibility and range has quite possibly got their clock game down
too bad the shipping over the pond is harsh
