Tell your mom that back child support check is in the mail. You're right tho, KISS is the most overrated band ever. They had one solid record 42 years ago and maybe one album worth of decent material from the rest of their entire discography.

Tom Petty just came to mind. One good album (Damn the Torpedoes), a few good songs, and decades and decades of over-hyped twang.

Different strokes I guess. Believe me, of all the bands I noted I really tried to like the Buzzcocks. On paper they tick all of the boxes of what I usually look for. I guess I generally like my punk of the D.C. hardcore variety, though not always. The BC are a little poppy for me though I am a huge Ramones fan. Go figure lol

No worries bro. Its just a friendly discussion. We'll just have to agree to disagree on that point. Just an FYI, I like DC hardcore as music not a fashion statement. I will say I do like some "butt rock". AC/DC, Skid Row, Tesla, some Alice Cooper, Cinderella all cool bands. If everyone liked the same thing there would only be 1 band.
