15 pages and a year and a half later and it still reminds me first and foremost of Billy Gibbons.

Hahaha, certainly not always a bad thing.

Also I bet the minute this guitar was conceived, one magically appeared in BG's collection.

I had initially thought all the Starry Night finishes had included a painted headstock, but only one sparkling smurf hat has surfaced online so far:

The signature neck inlays are absent with this run, too, but I'm sure Billy Gibbons' will have a beard & sunglasses around the 12th fret :animal:

The matching headstock versions look best to me. The necks don't really go with the paint or stain on the other models.

I think the murdered out version is the best (also no pearliod tuners, which I feel may crack like ice, eventually), but the white looks the most uniform, otherwise (cap or no cap) - lest we forget the Gibson Brendon Small Snow Falcon:

Trying to convince my wife to buy a $1900 guitar for our daughter so that she'll have some great rock goddess influence in her life.

Still no pics or other news yet about the bass version, not even on the snooty EBMM forums. I guess that gives me more time to save my nickels for one. :)
